Very pleased with the knowledgeable technician that it arrived at our house on the same day that I called about my heat pump not working. He diagnosed a few issues and suggested replacing the system, given the problems and the age of the system.I’ll post another review once we repair the old, or Install a new system.

I am very happy with our new Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system, Bill gave me the peace of mind of why this would be the system to get. Ogle and Santos were the installers and those guys were awesome, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the location of the units and everything looks so clean and tidy no wires or hoses dangling anywhere. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re wanting a new system.
