• CONTROL PANEL - An automatic start-stop control panel is suitable for con- trolling the generator set in conjunction with an automatic transfer switch. The control panel contains engine gauges, AC meters, and warning lamps.

• CIRCUIT BREAKERS - To switch and protect the electrical load, a fully rated mainline circuit breaker is included. It is housed in a steel cubicle which is mounted integrally with the generator set.

• VOLTAGE REGULATOR - The fully sealed regulator accurately maintains the load voltage at + or - 1% from no load to full load.

• FILTERS - Cartridge-type, heavy-duty air filters include a service indicator. Oil and fuel filters are the replaceable canister-type.

• GENERATOR - Advanced OLYMPIAN self-regulating brushless generators are built for extended, dependable life with fully interconnected damper windings, cooling systems, and sealed bearings. Other features include 12-wire reconnect- ion capability, Class H insulation, and 2/3 pitch with THF <2% and TIF <50.

• ENGINE - Reliable diesel and gas engines power OLYMPIAN generator sets. They deliver industry-leading fuel efficiency, product life, and serviceability while meeting current emissions standards.

• COOLING SYSTEMS - Heavy-duty radiator and integral header tank complete with blower cooling fan cool diesel engines in ambient temperatures up to 122 degrees F (50 degrees C) and gas engines in ambient temperatures up to 110 degrees F (43 degrees C).

• GUARDS - All rotating parts, including cooling fan, charging alternator, and drive belts are heavy gauge steel guarded for personnel protection. Exhaust manifold and turbocharger guards are available if required.

• BASE FRAME AND FUEL TANK - A heavy-duty steel base frame incorporates specially designed lifting and mounting points. Anti-vibration pads affixed be tween the engine/generator feet and base isolate rotating parts from the sur rounding environment. A number of optional accessories are available including single- and double- walled fuel tank configurations and oversize tanks for extended operating hours.

• STARTER MOTOR, ALTERNATOR, BATTERIES, AND CABLES - A starter motor, charging alternator, and high-capacity maintenance-free battery ensure dependable starting. The battery rack is mounted on the generator set base frame and heavy-duty interconnecting cables with terminations are provided.

• WIRING - DC engine wiring and AC generator wiring (all NEC compliant) are separated and contained within individual fluid-resistant looms. Each loom terminates at the control panel with an industrial-grade multi-pin connector. The mechanically held plug and socket attachments provide for fast, con venient inspection and replacement of systems. Each loom is "keyed" to prevent incorrect installation.
